The Great Artists of Time, Water and Wind
Photographing in Lower Antelope Canyon feels like stepping inside a living sculpture gallery. Randy captured these images during our guided tour, when shifting light transformed the canyon walls into glowing ribbons of colour. One of the moments was particularly magical—a shaft of light cutting down into the narrow passage, like nature’s own spotlight.
The title The Great Artists of Time, Water and Wind speaks to the forces that shaped this place. Over centuries, water carved its way through sandstone, while wind polished the walls into smooth, flowing lines. Standing there, it was hard not to feel that the canyon itself was the true artist, and we were just fortunate enough to witness its masterpiece for a moment in time..
